PORTLAND, OREGON (January 2007) - Celebrating 10 years servicing clients, the LifeBalance Program continues to promote the benefits of healthy, active lifestyles. In 2007 the LifeBalance Program enhances it's services with an improved website featuring the LifeBalance Wellness Window as well as the recent launch of the new MyLifeBalance program component. The Wellness Window and MyLifeBalance are the latest tools to encourage members to stay active for better health. Both new components compliment the existing program features such as the LifeBalance Search for Savings, LifeBalance Member Event Calendar, LifeBalance Ticket Window and the LifeBalance eAction! Monthly Email Update. There are currently over 2,000 businesses in the LifeBalance Provider Network as well as over 1,000 LifeBalance Member Events offered to clients and members in Oregon, Washington and Alaska.

The LifeBalance Wellness Window offers LifeBalance Members streamlined access to all things wellness related, including fitness and health club listings, personal coaches, massage practitioners, yoga and pilates studios and much more. The Wellness Window also offers members health and wellness related content, including daily fitness tips, healthy recipes, motivational insight, fitness tools, health calculators like BMI and BMR estimators, Calorie Counters and Target Heart Rate tools.

MyLifeBalance is the newest component of the LifeBalance Program that includes personalized wellness tools, customized content and more. The flagship tools in MyLifeBalance are the LifeBalance Activity Tracker and the LifeBalance Activity Journal. The LifeBalance Activity Tracker allows members to enter their favorite activity, calculate calories burned and enter a journal entry for each activity recorded. Members can track their activities, calories burned and more by viewing their personalized Activity Journal. Members can also create their own MyLifeBalance Profile and save their favorite LifeBalance searches for easy reference and customized site content.
