LifeBalance Program Lands AGC of Alaska Account

PORTLAND, OREGON - The LifeBalance Program is pleased to announce that AGC of Alaska has joined their premier client roster. AGC of Alaska is a non-profit construction trade association consisting of general contractors, subcontractors and industry professionals dedicated to improving the professional standards of the construction industry. The AGC of Alaska account adds over 4,500 new members to the LifeBalance Program.

The LifeBalance Program will provide members of AGC - Alaska access to exclusive events, discounts and benefits with over 1,500 recreational and cultural businesses and organizations. The new relationship between LifeBalance and AGC - Alaska enables small business owners to offer their employees an affordable benefit package that encourages healthy, active lifestyle habits. 

The LifeBalance Program broke into Alaska this past January after entering into a strategic relationship with the Providence Health System of Alaska. Shortly thereafter the LifeBalance Program landed an account with PeaceHealth, thereby solidifying their presence in the state.  The company has seen a 400% growth in program membership since it began in 1996, bringing membership enrollment to over 350,000 throughout Alaska, Oregon and Washington.

The LifeBalance Program is the flagship product of Absolute Recreation Management, Inc. (ARM), a privately held company headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The company was founded in 1996 and their programs are sold to businesses as employer sponsored employee benefits. The programs may also be bundled into Health Plan offerings or Association plan offerings as a value added wellness component.
