Portland
Company to Provide Alaska's
Providence Employees with Proper LifeBalance
The new employee benefit features healthy
living and
cultural
and recreational events and activities
PORTLAND,
OREGON - Providence Health Systems of Alaska recently
accepted a proposal to provide their employees with a
new employee and company benefit-the LifeBalance Program.
The program encourages its members to live healthy, more
active lifestyles by offering them the opportunity to
participate in hundreds of cultural and recreational activities
and events all over Alaska, Washington and Oregon.
"We're
very excited to bring the LifeBalance Program to Providence's
employees in Alaska," says LifeBalance Director Paul Alati.
"We'll be very busy over the next few months-working with
Alaska's cultural and recreational business community-to
build a new network of benefit-offering businesses for
our Alaskan members."
The
LifeBalance Program offers cultural and recreational businesses
promotion and exposure directly to its members. In exchange,
these businesses offer LifeBalance Members exclusive incentives
and discounts on their services.
"It's
a win-win situation for everyone involved," says Dean
Dawkins, Marketing Manager at LifeBalance. "The businesses
on the Provider Network get increased customer traffic,
employees receive exclusive discounts for all sorts of
fun things and the clients, in-turn, get happier, more
productive workers," he continued.
