I never thought kids would have so much energy and being a father of two, has required Jennifer and me to come up with many activities we can do as a family to keep them busy. It has been a real advantage for us to have a central place, like the LifeBalance Program, to seek out activities of interest for us. In addition, the savings we have been able to obtain from our membership with LifeBalance makes certain activities much more affordable. Just recently, I was planning a trip to go skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows and have not skied for a long time (I survived). Wow the prices have gone up!!! By the time you add up the cost of skiing for the day ($69) and rentals ($25) things start to really add up for a family of four. The advantage of purchasing all day lift tickets for $49 through the LifeBalance Program was significant. Now all my friends want me to purchase tickets for them.
Boy, it seems like you hit a time in your life when all the activities you used to do are no longer happening. It has been nice to get back on track and we have been able to utilize the LifeBalance discounts on many levels. From shopping at Joe’s, going skiing as a family, buying a map at Barnes & Noble in preparation for a trip to Bandon, Oregon, or attending one of the many events at the Rose Garden (no extra fees plus the discount by going through LifeBalance). There is such a variety of things to do and looking at the list of providers at helps stimulate some ideas for us.
Sometimes, I find it easier to just call the wonderful people at the LifeBalance Program and they are quick in responding to my inquiries about what savings are to be had. They even call certain vendors I have called about, to see if they want to participate with The LifeBalance Program. You guys are always so fun to talk with and your customer service is outstanding!!!! My advice is not to wait and tell your friends about The LifeBalance Program. Be a hero and help contribute to a LIFE OF BALANCE!!!
