Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Absolute Recreation Management, Inc. (ARM) is a business to business company that provides a complete line of services designed to provide work/life balance and wellness programs to health plans, trade associations and top employers.

ARM developed and launched the LifeBalance Program in 1996, which focuses on health promotion by promoting active lifestyle choices, encouraging participation in various forms of recreational, cultural and wellness activities and events.  The program adds value to clients by offering a turn-key, client branded active wellness/health promotion program.

The LifeBalance Program is a preventative, proactive wellness program that assists clients in cutting costs due to sedentary lifestyles choices of it’s employees. The program addresses daily stress levels, preventable illnesses, low morale and low productivity by consistently promoting active lifestyle choices for better health and well-being. The program is also a proven employee recruiting, retention tool and incentive program.

The LifeBalance Program has grown to over 400,000 members comprised of over 3,000 clients across the Northwest.
