Paul is a Director at the LifeBalance Program and has always held in high regard making the most out of life through active lifestyle choices. A graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor's degree in business, he has found his niche in the Pacific Northwest.
Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, Paul started his professional career as a consultant specializing in the sports, entertainment, recreation and middle-market client industries.
In 1996 he co-founded Absolute Recreation Management and the LifeBalance Program and has an active role in client and daily management of the company. The mission of the LifeBalance Program is to encourage members to engage in recreational, cultural and wellness pursuits in order to improve health and quality of life, through active lifestyle choices. Today, the LifeBalance Program services over 1,000 clients across Oregon, Washington and Alaska with a membership base over 350,000 program members.
Paul is an avid sports and recreation enthusiast who currently plays ice hockey on a top men’s team traveling throughout the Northwest. Hockey, the outdoors, cooking, music, theatre, sports, recreation, wine, Italian food, traveling, coaching his children’s sports and exploring with his family are strong passions with Paul in his quest for his own LifeBalance. Paul is also an avid Detroit Redwings, Tigers, Pistons and Michigan State sports fan and still finds time to support the Portland Trail Blazers!
Paul is also the current Vice President and Board Director for the State of Oregon Sports Hall of Fame and Museum and is busy supporting local children and non-profit causes. Paul lives in Lake Oswego with his wife Karen, their two young children and their dog, Luna the lab. Paul and Karen are on a never ending quest to find the best Italian restaurants wherever their travels may take them.
