Find Your Target Heart Rate

Target Heart Rate is a desired range of heart rate reached during aerobic exercise which enables one's heart and lungs to receive the most benefit from a workout.

An easy way to find your heart rate is to count your heartbeats (pulse) for 10 seconds using your watch, and then multiply this number by 6 to get your beats per minute. Good places to feel your heartbeats include the inside of your wrist and the neck just below your jaw.
